Ingredients:
6 Tbsp Blue Bonnet light Stick Margarine
1 Cup White Self-rising Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Fat-free Milk
3 Cups Peeled Apple Pieces
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ground Allspice

the apples. (Any juice, OJ, Cranberry, Lemon, Lime
).  Sprinkle the apples with the spices, toss until all
are covered and let them sit while you mix the other
ingredients.

In a 9x13 Pan melt your margarine.  I use those
store bought aluminum pans  that come with a clear
plastic top.  The pan is shallow maybe 1 inch deep.

pan with the margarine.  Add your apples.  Spread
them out evenly. DO NOT STIR.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Freezes great!  I just cover the pan with foil  and put
the plastic lid on it.

1 onion chopped
1 Bell pepper chopped
Jalapeno Peppers chopped fine (optional)

Mozzarella cheese grated, or any other grated cheese you like.

Brown the sausage with the onion and bell pepper.  Drain the grease.

Chop the Pepperoni into small pieces and add  to meat mixture.

On a floured surface, roll out the bread dough into a rectangle and  brush on a light coat of
margarine/ butter.   Sprinkle the meat mixture, jalapeno’s and cheese.  Leave about a 1/2 inch

Place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with a light coat of margarine / butter.
Let sit in a warm place for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Bake @ 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let sit 15 minutes before you slice it.

Bread Dough

1 Package Frozen Bread Dough
This has 3 loaves in it.
Take 2 of the loaves out, put them in bread pans and spray non-stick spray on the outside of the
bread.  I put a piece of wax paper over the top of each pan.  This keeps the bread from getting
hard as it defrost  and begins to rise.  This can take hours so you may want to take the bread out
early in the morning.  Once the bread rises you can roll it out, stuff it and bake.

If you have a bread recipe you like you can certainly use it.  This will make 2 loaves of Pizza Bread
that look like fat loaves of french bread.
You can make this up the day before, just cover and place in the refrigerator, also, after baking
you can wrap and freeze the loaf. Defrost in refrigerator and re-heat in the microwave
