(Any variety of apple seems to work well). I also add a splash of Juice just to wet the apples. (Any juice, OJ, Cranberry, Lemon, Lime ). Sprinkle the apples with the spices, toss until all are covered and let them sit while you mix the other ingredients. In a 9x13 Pan melt your margarine. I use those store bought aluminum pans that come with a clear plastic top. The pan is shallow maybe 1 inch deep. pan with the margarine. Add your apples. Spread them out evenly. DO NOT STIR. Bake for 30 minutes. Freezes great! I just cover the pan with foil and put the plastic lid on it. |

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE Thanks to : Kay Valentin THE MOST DANGEROUS CAKE RECIPE A RECIPE EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW 4 tablespoons flour 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 egg 3 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) a small splash of vanilla extract 1 large coffee mug Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT! (This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous). And why is this cake the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night! You are going to print this out straight away, aren't you |

| Pizza Bread Thanks to: Kay Valentin 1 lb. Regular Breakfast Sausage 1 lb. Hot Breakfast Sausage ( you can substitute Reg. if you don’t like spicy) 1 Pkg. Pepperoni 1 onion chopped 1 Bell pepper chopped Jalapeno Peppers chopped fine (optional) Cheddar cheese grated Mozzarella cheese grated, or any other grated cheese you like. Margarine or butter Brown the sausage with the onion and bell pepper. Drain the grease. Chop the Pepperoni into small pieces and add to meat mixture. On a floured surface, roll out the bread dough into a rectangle and brush on a light coat of margarine/ butter. Sprinkle the meat mixture, jalapeno’s and cheese. Leave about a 1/2 inch around the edges of your rectangle. Beginning on a long side, roll up jelly roll fashion. Place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with a light coat of margarine / butter. Let sit in a warm place for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake @ 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit 15 minutes before you slice it. Bread Dough 1 Package Frozen Bread Dough This has 3 loaves in it. Take 2 of the loaves out, put them in bread pans and spray non-stick spray on the outside of the bread. I put a piece of wax paper over the top of each pan. This keeps the bread from getting hard as it defrost and begins to rise. This can take hours so you may want to take the bread out early in the morning. Once the bread rises you can roll it out, stuff it and bake. If you have a bread recipe you like you can certainly use it. This will make 2 loaves of Pizza Bread that look like fat loaves of french bread. You can make this up the day before, just cover and place in the refrigerator, also, after baking you can wrap and freeze the loaf. Defrost in refrigerator and re-heat in the microwave |
